Beta access and approval

What pending approval means, typical timelines, who to contact, and what to do after you are approved so access looks correct.

Some deployments gate access behind admin approval after email verification. This protects early products and enterprise tenants. Pending is not a personal rejection—it is a workflow state.

States you might see

  • Unverified email: finish verification before anything else.

  • Verified, pending approval: limited or read-only features until an admin allows access.

  • Approved: full feature set per your plan and role.

While you wait

  1. Read public guides and plan your niche sentence and first series outline offline.

  2. Prepare reference channels to add on day one.

  3. Confirm with your org’s admin whether approval is manual SLA or automatic.

If approval is slow

Contact your internal admin first—they can see account state. Include your signup email and approximate signup time. Avoid duplicate accounts; they fragment permissions.

After approval

  • Sign out and back in if features look stale—sessions cache capability flags.

  • Re-check workspace membership—invites may arrive post-approval.

If you need access for a time-sensitive launch, say so with dates—admins prioritize real deadlines over curiosity clicks.
