Each AI step shows a listed credit cost before you run it. During the current promotion, many of those steps do not deduct from your balance even though a price is still shown—so you can learn what runs will cost when the promo ends.

Guardrails still apply: promotional and other zero-balance actions have monthly plan caps and anti-abuse rate limits. Plan examples on the pricing page use typical workflows at list prices.

Closed beta credits

How accounts work while billing is rolling out.

During closed beta, new accounts are auto-assigned to the Beta tier (420 AI credits per month—between Creator and Studio). Credits reset monthly like a normal subscription cycle.

When billing goes live, you’ll choose a paid plan; your workspaces, research, and projects stay in place.

Upgrades and extra credits during beta are handled via onboarding or by request in Settings → subscription.

What credits pay for — Heavier AI work: full scripts, rewrites, research-idea generation, and per-video competitor research (multi-step analysis using transcript and comments—several model passes). Group analysis across selected videos uses credits too. Browsing, editing, and organizing workspaces stays free.

Why costs differ — Long outputs and multi-step jobs use more tokens than a single short generation: full scripts, substantial rewrites, and research flows that chain several model calls cost more.

Monthly reset — Included credits and promotional-usage allowances reset each month. If you run out of credits for paid runs, add a top-up pack or upgrade.

Regenerate loops — The first 3 retries in a repeated loop are free; after that, a tiny fractional credit applies per additional regenerate.

Are there any channel limits?

No separate channel caps—your limit is monthly AI credits. Research, Create, and Reflect draw from the same pool.

What do AI credits cover?

Paid AI runs: scripts, rewrites, research flows, competitor video research, group analysis, and Reflect AI features. Organization and editing are free.

Can I upgrade or buy more credits?

Yes. Top-ups and upgrades are available; during beta, use Settings or onboarding—we’ll wire checkout when billing goes live.

Are promotional AI runs unlimited?

No. Even when your balance isn’t charged, we apply rate limits and monthly caps by plan to keep usage fair.

Is research available on the free tier?

Yes. Launch includes Research with a smaller monthly allowance—enough for light research plus scripting.
