Sign-in and verification

  1. Confirm you clicked the latest verification link—old links may expire.

  2. Check spam and promotions folders for auth mail.

  3. Try password reset even if you think you know the password—eliminates stale state.

  4. Disable VPN temporarily if your org blocks auth providers.

Feature missing or grayed out

Check approval status, plan tier, workspace role, and Pro mode. Compare with a teammate on the same plan—if they have access, your account or workspace membership differs.

  • Reflect and Research may be gated independently.

  • Admin-only features require explicit roles—ask your administrator.

Weak or generic AI output

  1. Tighten outline; remove scope creep.

  2. Simplify rules—conflicting instructions produce mush.

  3. Add two example sentences in your voice to the preset.

  4. Try a stronger model for one pass after fixing context—not before.

Workspace confusion

If you cannot find a series, confirm which workspace header you are in. Content does not automatically cross workspaces.

When to escalate

Escalate with logs when data looks wrong: missing credits, scripts vanished, permissions flip unexpectedly. Include timestamps and affected IDs if the UI shows them.

Most “bugs” are stale sessions—sign out everywhere, sign in once, retry.
