Language and locale
Set generation language to match your audience’s primary language, not only your UI preference. If you publish bilingually, note which series uses which language in series notes or contexts so prompts stay consistent.
UI language may differ from generation language—verify both.
Regional spelling and date formats matter for global audiences—state preferences in presets if needed.
Pro mode and experience density
Pro mode exposes deeper configuration such as advanced rules surfaces. Enable it when you will actually maintain rules and contexts; otherwise streamlined mode reduces noise for daily scripting.
Credits and usage
If your deployment shows credits in the header or settings, glance before long sessions. Teach collaborators what a “heavy” action looks like (full rewrites, huge pastes) versus light edits.
Account hygiene
Use a stable email you control—recovery and verification depend on it.
Keep display name aligned with how collaborators find you.
Sign out on shared machines; sessions may persist longer than you expect.
Accessibility and ergonomics
If you script for hours, adjust font zoom at the OS level, use breaks, and prefer outlines before marathon generations—fatigue causes bad prompts.
